Description:
With this 33-month national project, the Joy Smith Foundation will engage survivors, women’s organizations, government, and the broader community to address systemic barriers faced by survivors of human trafficking and gender-based violence entering the workplace. Through comprehensive research, and the development and implementation of policies, tools, and awareness training for employers, as well as a mentorship program, the project will contribute to build survivor-friendly workplaces, advancing women’s economic security and prosperity. An external evaluator will measure and assess the impact of the systemic change project.
