Description:

Through this 33-month systemic change project, Prince George Sexual Assault Centre Society will help advance women’s economic security, prosperity and representation in leadership and decision-making roles through systemic change. Specifically, the project will address systemic barriers and the unequal access to education and leadership opportunities for women working in the anti-violence field by engaging in focus groups, discussions, and surveys to observe hiring practices, policies, procedures, and leadership development of multiple anti-violence organizations. An external evaluator will measure and assess the impact of the systemic change project.
