Description:

Through this 18-month project, the Elizabeth Fry Society of Ottawa will build its capacity to advance gender equality. It will address the agency’s fundraising and communications capacity needs to better provide holistic support to vulnerable and marginalized women and gender-diverse people who are justice-impacted. The project will include, 1) establishing a funding diversification plan, policies, and practices; 2) developing resources to operationalize the funding diversification plan; and 3) training staff to effectively implement said plan.
