Description:
This 18-month project will address Pathways to Leadership’s (PTL) capacity to advance gender equality by the continued development and promotion of the PTL program. The organization will develop an outreach strategy to increase awareness of this innovative model with community-based non-profit organizations in the lower mainland and beyond. This project will build capacity and create a well-resourced and sustainable organization that supports racialized immigrant and refugee women in their social, economic, cultural, political and civic integration into Canadian society. This will be done through the development of a sustainability plan, implementing policy and procedures, developing a donor outreach and financial strategy and training board members on grant applications.
