Through this 18-month project, The United African Canadian Women Association (UACWA) will strengthen its capacity to advance gender equality. It will address UACWA's capacity and enable it to continue to build a strong, sustainable structure and network. The project will include the development of a comprehensive 5-year strategic plan, through board leadership development and the development of meaningful partnerships.
