Description:
Through this 28-month project, Divers-Gens will address 2SLGBTQI+ communities’ needs and barriers to equality. To achieve this, the organization will conduct research and development by performing a literature review and holding meetings with partners and 2SLGBTQI+ groups. Divers-Gens will also produce training capsules and provide equity, diversity, and inclusion support meetings promoting the adoption of best practices in various sectors to address anti-2SLGBTQI+ hate. Finally, the organization will release a web platform and an application to share a list of certified discrimination-free places.

Advancement towards a greater understanding of the intersection of sex and gender with other identity factors that include race, national and ethnic origin, Indigenous origin or identity, age, sexual orientation, socio-economic condition, place of residence and disability are encouraged under the Program.
