Description:

Through this 17-month project, the Femme Moderne Influente association will build its capacity to advance gender equality. Project activities will build the organization's capacity to improve its service delivery to Black immigrant women in Edmonton who are francophones. The project will involve assessing the organization's needs; developing the governance infrastructure; implementing operational policies, a financial management system, and a marketing plan; and evaluating the organization's strategic plan.
