Description:

Over a 18-month period, Women in Urbanism Canada (WIUC) will undertake this project to increase its capacity to advance gender equity in Canadian cities. This will be achieved through strategic planning and development across the areas of governance, human resources, finances, and communications. The key activities include creating strategies, developing policies and procedures, and strengthening internal capacity through training. This project will support the growth of the organization, thereby advancing positive change for more women, girls, and gender-diverse people in communities across Canada.
