Description:
Through this 17-month project, Providing Advocacy, Counselling & Education Society (PACE) will build its capacity to advance gender equality. It will address four urgent organizational needs and undertake a thorough strategic planning process.
The project will include completing a community needs assessment, restructuring organizational hierarchy, address workplace culture and establish processes to support staff wellness and retention, develop a concrete action plan to move offices and develop a new strategic plan.
