Description:
Through this 18-month project, Georgian Bay Native Women’s Association will build its capacity to advance gender equality. It will address the need for processes pertaining to governance, financial management and continuous learning. The project will include the creation of updated bylaws and policies, the implementation of a new strategic plan with a Gender Base Analysis Plus (GBA+) framework, the formation of best practices pertaining to financial management, and the development of continuous learning and improvement processes.
