This 15-month project takes those stories of faith-based trauma, collected over the past 10 years, and works to create strategies for advocacy to address the long-term effects of faith-based trauma. The project will include advocacy events, development of policies and strategies to support advocacy efforts, and the foundation for a 5-year strategic plan. Additionally, strategies and policies for advocacy will be shared with the wider public to foster a more comprehensive understanding of the impact of faith-based trauma on 2SLGBTQI+ communities.
