Description:
With the additional funding and extension granted at the beginning of 2026, the organization will continue implementing the activities initiated during the first phase of the project by further developing its funding strategies to ensure its financial sustainability. This will include developing a funding action plan, identifying and mobilizing new sources of revenue (self-generated revenue, sponsorships, and philanthropic funding), and preparing outreach to potential funders. The organization will also continue its efforts to support the vitality of its membership and community by disseminating and simplifying the orientation guide previously developed, piloting an inclusivity strategy aimed at encouraging the participation of marginalized groups, and developing evaluation tools to document progress, with the support of the Intersectional Approach Advisory Committee. Through these efforts, the organization will further contribute to advancing gender equality.
