This 48-month project will increase organizational capacity to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: improved board governance, development of a strategic plan, development of strategic partnerships, improved financial stability and an in-depth analysis of the reality and needs of women in Nova Scotia through a GBA+ lens.
