Description:

This 48-month National project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. The project’s objectives are to strengthen partnerships and build the capacity of the Inuit women’s sector in Canada. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: providing a platform for Inuit women to come together and communicate their distinct and shared priorities and develop an Inuit Women’s Advocacy Strategy to create the Community Advocacy Toolkit to address network members’ key needs, gaps and challenges (e.g. knowledge & skills development).
