This 48-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow YWCA Sudbury to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced by building and maintaining a culture of leadership continuity that utilizes a results-based management and a gender-based analysis approach, and through the creation of a fundraising plan that includes revenue diversification and the development of strategic partnerships and collaborations.
