This 48-month project will increase organizational capacity to allow the organization to continue their efforts to eliminate violence against women and children and to promote social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the implementation of a data management strategy that will support organizational needs such as: strategic planning; human resource management; results based management; advocacy; and GBA+.
