Description:
This 46-month project is aimed at strengthening the organizational capacity of the organization and those of its members in order to allow them to continue to promote social and systemic changes toward gender equality. Organizational capacity will be strengthened through the following activities: the development and implementation of a capacity-strengthening plan, the establishment of partnerships, collaboration and networks, as well as the improvement of the organization's technological capacity. Furthermore, this project will strengthen the organization's capacity to respond more effectively to the needs of Francophone and Acadian women within the women's movement in Canada.
