Description:

This 33-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: governance education for the elected members of the Métis Women of BC Provincial Council, review of policies and procedures to include gender based analysis, and sustainability planning.
