Description:
This 46-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: leadership development; review of human resource management; development and implementation of result based management; and enhanced partnership building to increase collaboration with other women's organizations.
