Description:
This 46-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow Toronto Rape Crisis Centre/Multicultural Women against Rape to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the development and implementation of a comprehensive fundraising strategy and a revenue diversification strategy that will lead to long-term financial health and organizational sustainability.
