Description:

This 48-month project will address the Yellowknife Women’s Society’s capacity needs to allow them to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. The organization will be enhanced through human resource development; improved staff training, recruitment and retention; succession planning; and review of the compensation plan. In addition, they will evaluate past advocacy efforts and create an advocacy plan to improve the impact of future advocacy efforts to support women and their families in Yellowknife.
