Description:
This 47-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue providing shelter and services to women and children affected by Gender Based Violence (GBV). Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: 1) updating the Strategic Plan to increase board and staff capacity; 2) incorporate new IT and communication tools, including developing a Communications Plan; and 3) hire a consultant to lead the team through a strategic planning session.
