Description:

This 46-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the Coalition of Muslim Women of KW to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced by: strengthening the effectiveness of the Board of Directors, through evaluation, training, and the development and implementation of new Board governance policies, processes, and strategies; training 50 Muslim women leaders to serve on Boards and committees; enhancing sector collaboration; creating an improved advocacy strategy; developing a sustainable financial model; as well as the development and operationalization of a 2020-2023 strategic plan.
