Description:
This 47-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced with a focus on strengthening their advocacy strategy and strategic plan, and will include the facilitation of discussions, the delivery of workshops, and preparation and distribution of related advocacy resources, for Frontenac, Lennox & Addington, Hastings and Prince Edward counties.
