This 46-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: fundraising strategy through the identification of prospective donors; development of a customized membership and donor database; and development of a communication tool to support diversified fundraising.
