Description:
This 45-month project will increase organizational capacity to allow the organization to continue to promote social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: human resources management, board governance, partnerships, collaboration and networking, diversification of funding, and intergenerational knowledge transfer between founders and successors. The project will also integrate reflexive-interactive practices into the Regroupement's organizational structures, and more broadly into the the work culture of the member and partner network. Reflexive-interactive practices focus succession training on organizational change towards passing on memory and integrating new approaches by the new generation of feminist advocates and stakeholders.
