Description:
This 48-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow Riverdale Immigrant Women’s Centre to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced by developing a fundraising strategy, conducting a community needs assessment, establishing a strategic plan, updating the organizational vision statement, developing a results-based management framework, and strengthening internal Human Resources policies and procedures.
