Description:

This 47-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow The Sexual Assault Support Centre of Ottawa to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the development of a 3-year strategic plan; by strengthening Human Resources policies and procedures, including the creation of a renewed staffing and membership structure adapted for greater flexibility; and through the development of an evaluation framework and associated tools and resources, incorporating feminist and gender-sensitive approaches.
