Description:
This 47-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow Woman Abuse Council of Toronto (Woman ACT) to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the development and integration of a strategic results-based management plan to redefine organizational processes and systems, with a focus on integrating documentation, analysis, and evaluation throughout Woman Act’s advocacy and policy programming.
