Description:

This 46-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the Women's Resources of Kawartha Lakes to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the application of a gender based analysis plus (GBA+) framework to: strengthen Human Resources capacities, develop Board governance policies and procedures while promoting diversity, and ensure seamless succession planning processes are developed for all key leadership positions.
