Description:
This 45-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: development and implementation of an organization strategic plan; improving the short-term and long-term governance capacity of the Infinity Women Secretariat; delivery of governance and advocacy workshops to the Board of Directors, regional and local representatives, and Metis women; and enhancing the participation of Métis women in governance.
