Description:

This 44-months project will address organizational capacity needs to allow Native Women Inc.'s Niagara Chapter to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the development of a strategic fundraising strategy, focusing on the development of two annual fundraising events, and the establishment of an Events Planning Committee to ensure the sustainability of this strategy.
