Description:
This 44-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue providing services to newcomer women in Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Organizational capacity will be increased through the development of a Results-Based Management System, a Human Resources Management Plan, as well as the development of a Partnership Development & Collaboration Plan to diversify funding sources.
