Description:

This 45-months project will address organizational capacity needs to allow Mouvement Ontarien des Femmes Immigrantes Francophones (Mofif) to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the development and implementation of a 5-year strategic plan, strengthening board governance, implementing a recruitment and retention strategy for volunteers and interns to enable the creation and sustainability of dynamic, permanent and ad hoc committees, as well as strengthening their ability to advocate for changes impacting immigrant and refugee women across Ontario
