Description:

This 46-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the Réseau-Femmes du Sud-Ouest de l'Ontario (RFSOO) to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through: improved governance, strategic and succession planning, implementation of result based management; organizational financial health and sustainability plan.
