Description:

This 36-month project will address organizational capacity needs to enable METRAC: Action on Violence to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the development of a 3-year fundraising strategy, including new fundraising policies and a donor management strategy, the integration of new donor management software, the development of a communications strategy for donor engagement, as well as the creation and implementation of two new signature fundraising and partnership development events.
