Description:
This 44-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the Windsor Women Working with Immigrant Women to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the development of governance and risk management policies and procedures; strategic planning; the development of a fundraising strategy that includes a financial sustainability plan; and a stakeholder engagement and communications/partnership strategy. In addition, human resource practices and leadership will be enhanced through the development of a collective agreement and a language/interpretation development plan.
