Description:
This 44-month project will address organizational capacity needs in order to allow Bridge School to continue to improve women’s economic security through the tech sector. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the development of a strategic plan designed to manage growth and increase the required organizational and financial capacity of the agency. In addition, a fund development plan will be developed to enhance engagement opportunities for sponsors and corporate donors along with a partnership and networking strategy to raise awareness for gender equality and Bridge School’s services.
