Description:

This 45-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: board governance, strategic planning, partnership development, collaboration and networking. In addition, this project will increase the organization's organizational capacity by analyzing and reflecting on strategic development priorities and producing an action plan that will facilitate the implementation of elements identified in the strategic planning
