Description:
This 20-month project will honour the lives and legacies of missing and murdered Indigenous women, girls and LGBTQ2S individuals and increase awareness about missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls and LGBTQ2S individuals. Project activities will include: development and creation of legacy tipis, featuring Traditional teachings. These tipis will be installed in key places with ceremony and feast throughout Brandon, Manitoba.
