This 8-month project will honor the lives and legacies of missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls and LGBTQ2S individuals and increase awareness about missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls and LGBTQ2S individuals. Project activities will include: creation of a peaceful and comforting space in Conne River, the Chantel John Memorial Park, a legacy and a reminder of all the women and girls that have gone missing and murdered over the years.
