Description:
This 16-month project will honour the lives and legacies of missing and murdered Indigenous women, girls and LGBTQ2S individuals and increase awareness about missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls and LGBTQ2S individuals. Project activities will include weekly indiudual and group counselling sessions, the planning and participation in the walking with our Sisters ceremony, the development of Haudenosaunee traditional items, welcoming ceremony of vamps and the creation of a commemoration display.
