Description:

This 13-month project will honour the lives and legacies of missing and murdered Indigenous women, girls and LGBTQ2S individuals and increase awareness about missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls and LGBTQ2S individuals. Project activities will include: the coordination of an event that will gather families affected across the province for dialogue and consultation. The topics to be discussed include: conclusions of the National Inquiry, the future of children to those lost, supports needed for families that are still searching, next steps for families in their journey.
