Description:
This 21-month project will honour the lives and legacies of missing and murdered Indigenous women, girls and LGBTQ2S individuals and increase awareness about missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls and LGBTQ2S individuals. Project activities will include: coordination and support of commemoration initiatives, a three-day healing gathering in Alberta, creation of commemorative artwork and the development of a national awareness campaign.
