Description:
This 48-month project will address organizational capacity needs to allow Riverdale Immigrant Women’s Centre to continue promoting social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the development of a fundraising strategy; the conduct of a community needs assessment; the establishment of a strategic plan; the update of a vision statement; the development of a results-based management framework; and by strengthening internal Human Resources policies and procedures. The supplemental funding will be used to review the organization’s fundraising strategy considering emergencies and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic; and to develop new social programs in line with clients’ needs.
