Description:
This five-year project will develop a pan-Canadian and bilingual strategy to advance gender equity to respond to and address GBV against Black women and girls through the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond. GBA+ will be incorporated throughout this project. Through this strategy, knowledge and capacity will be built among community members and will guide future policy, service provision, curricula, and program development to better protect, support, and address the needs of Black women and girls in Canada.
