Description:
This 23-month project will conduct community-based research into the barriers to employment faced by racialized women who have experienced violence, as well as explore the intersections between their experience of employment and violence. The project will disseminate the research findings and bring together key stakeholders, including employment agencies and employers, to develop and implement systemic and organizational-level strategies and policies for addressing the barriers to employment for racialized women with lived experience of violence.
