Description:

This 12 month project will strengthen the capacity and networks of Projet 10 / Project 10 to advance LGBTQ2 equality. This will be achieved by strengthening collaboration among organizations; increasing access to information, and knowledge sources; and strengthening human resources management through implement new recruitment strategies. At the end of the project, the organization will have increased its knowledge and capacity to advance equality with respect to gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression. Partnerships and collaborations will have been established or strengthened to support the LGBTQ2 movement.

The purpose of ESSOGIE program is to advance social, political and economic equality with respect to sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression.

Advancement towards a greater understanding of the intersection of sex and gender with other identity factors that include race, national and ethnic origin, Indigenous origin or identity, age, sexual orientation, socio-economic condition, place of residence and disability are encouraged under the Program.
