Description:
This 57-month project aims to build organizational capacity so that the organization can continue to promote social and systemic change towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be strengthened through the following activities: strategic planning; succession planning; and fostering partnerships, collaboration, and networking.
The supplementary funding granted under amendment 2 will be used to increase the number of hours allocated to the project to ensure it can move forward in light of COVID-19.
The 12-month extension and supplementary funding granted under amendment 3 will enable the organization to continue work already underway on building organizational capacity by addressing the following three areas: human resources management, board governance, and information management.
