Description:
This 57-month project will address organization capacity needs to allow the organization to continue promoting social and systemic changes towards gender equality. Organizational capacity will be enhanced through the following activities: human resources management, board governance, strategic planning, partnership development, collaboration and networking, and diversification of the organizations's funding sources. The supplementary funding provided will be used to increase the number of hours worked on the project in order to ensure it can move forward in light of COVID-19. The 12-month extension and new supplementary funding will enable the organization to develop internal gender equality policies so that it can equip itself to achieve consistency in its knowledge on Gender-Based Analysis Plus. This will build its organizational capacity and promote its sustainability.
